A 32-year-old Sulphur man is facing a charge of fourth-offense DWI, authorities said.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Joseph Frank Morris was arrested Sunday morning near the intersection of Cities Service Highway and Maplewood Drive in Sulphur.
