A 31-year-old Holland man who drove with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit, a suspended license and three kids in his SUV, will spend the next two months in jail.

Stephen Junior Mattias was sentenced Monday, Nov. 18, to 60 days in the Ottawa County Jail and 24 months probation, along with fines and costs. Mattias earlier pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, operating under the influence with a passenger under 16 years of age and operating on a suspended license.
