A big rig driver who overturned his truck, causing a partial closure of State Route 94, is suspected to have been driving while intoxicated, California Highway patrol officials report.

The accident was reported just before 4 p.m. when officials said a 45,000-pound big rig carrying garlic turned on its side near the northbound State Route 15 transition ramp to eastbound SR-94.
