In a statement, police Staff Sgt. Ryan Gibson said the man was arrested Saturday night after he returned to the scene of a hit-and-run in the 2800 block of Victoria Avenue East.

He faces charges of impaired driving, disqualified operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop at the scene of an accident, and is due to appear in court on Tuesday.
