A Town of Tonawanda man arrested three times in six months on charges of driving drunk and without a license has pleaded guilty to three counts of felony DWI and three counts of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Jeffrey S. Kassman, 36, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, faces up to 12 years in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 8 by State Supreme Court Justice Penny M. Wolfgang, according to Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III.
