Tully EMT charged with DWI still on the job, can drive ambulance

A Tully man charged with DWI and resisting arrest last week after crashing through a locked state park gate continues to work as a paid Tully firefighter/EMT, town officials said.


James E. Hobart, 41, of Tully, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a reportable blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent, third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest after the May 7 incident.
