Fort Bend County sentences 3 men for Driving While under the Influence.

Jose Raul Diaz, 39, of Richmond was sentenced to 2 years probation for his second DWI by County Court at Law visiting Judge Larry Wagenbach, after a jury conviction earlier in the month.

According to testimony, Diaz was traveling in excess of 100 miles per hour on Texas 99/Grand Parkway near FM 1093 in the early morning hours of June 28, 2013 when he was stopped by Trooper Cory Robinson.
