Former Eatonton Police Officer Keith Michael Bowen, 45, 551 S. Steel Bridge Road, Eatonton, was arrested twice April 22 for driving under the influence – once at 8:40 a.m. and again at 12:51 p.m.

Both arrests came after motorists in the Twin Bridges area called to report the driver, according to Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills.
