Two Rochester men are facing DWI charges for driving the same car while intoxicated, KTTC reports.

A witness called Rochester police Monday night after seeing a car back out of a driveway and hit a wooden retaining wall. After the car stopped, the driver and a passenger switched seats and drove away, according to ABC 6 News.
