A town man who allegedly damaged private property while fleeing a hit-and-run crash faces a felony charge, authorities said.

 

State police charged Scott M. Seaman, 42, of Wappinger with felony driving while intoxicated Sunday at 4 p.m.

 

“Seaman was apprehended after being sought for a hit and run motor vehicle accident, as well as causing damage to multiple items of private property property while fleeing.
