Officials in Asheville say a woman was charged with driving while impaired twice in the same day by the same sheriff’s deputy.

Area media outlets report warrants at the Buncombe County magistrate’s office show 24-year-old Brittney Lashaun Box was stopped during last weekend’s holiday Booze It & Lose It campaign kickoff. Box registered a blood-alcohol level of .10, which is above the legal limit of .08.
