A Billings woman is charged with drunken driving while taking her 13-year-old daughter and two friends Trick-or-Treating.

The Billings Gazette reports 34-year-old Summer Breeze Merrill also is charged with three counts of felony child endangerment. She made an initial appearance in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Friday, where bail was set at $20,000. She is scheduled to appear in District Court on Thursday.
